Guide to Convert Notes Contacts to XLS File

Open SysTools Notes to Excel. Go to Start menu » Programs » SysTools Notes to Excel » SysTools Notes to Excel . Software will display the following screen:

Click on Browse button to select or open Lotus Notes address book File (.nsf file). Choose or select .nsf file and Click on Open button. Now Click on Scan Notes Contacts button from the following screen and then software will display following screen:

After scanning selected .nsf file, software will display all the contacts from Lotus Notes address book file (.nsf ) arranging these contacts in specific folders in an alphabetical order as follows:

Now click on Export to Excel button from the right top of the screen to export or convert these contacts to MS Excel file. Then software will display following screen:
