Open SysTools Outlook to Notes . Go to start > Programs > SysTools Outlook to Notes , Open SysTools Outlook to Notes .Initial software screen will appear as follows:

Software will display you two option to select. By default software convert Configured Outlook Mailboxes. If you want to convert configured Outlook Mailboxes then you have to select the first option and if you want to convert Other PST file then you have to select the second option.

Select the software Mailbox Preview option from the drop down list of configured Outlook PST files. After selecting mailbox, software will display all the PST items (email folders, contacts, calendar, tasks, etc if present in Outlook data file as follows:

Outlook to NSF conversion tool automatically select all the Outlook email folders to convert them into Lotus Notes by default. But users can also convert selected email folders as their requirements by un-checking the unwanted MS Outlook email folder.

After select the email folders Click Start Conversion button to convert Outlook mailbox to Lotus Notes. Software will ask the location to save converted PST file. After this, Software will display following screen:

Enter the desired NSF file name. Then click the Export Mailbox button to convert Outlook to NSF file.
