Step 1
Start download the software and run the product from Start Menu first screen appears click on open button.
Step 2
Next screen offers three option for migration such as Add File , Add Folder and remove File select the Add File option to load the NSF file.
Step 3
Next screen appears with the selection of NSF file from appropriate location. Click on Open to start the conversion process.
Step 4
By clicking on browse button users can select the desired destination location to save the converted NSF file.
Step 5
Select the destination location and click on ok button to exit the browse for folder window.
Step 6
If you want to manage the same folder structure, click on radio button maintain folder hierarchy. Click on export button to startup the process.
Step 7
Next screen shows the entire conversion process with current folder , folder count , email count and migrated file.
Step 8
At last software display successful conversion message of NSF files into MBOX file click on ok button to close the application.
